Returns & Exchanges:

All CUSTOM ORDERS are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. This due to the nature of branding your logo or image on our products. If you receive a product that is completely different from what you ordered, or the product is defective you can return it for a refund or reprocess the order.  

We produce on demand, and you can carefully check your size on the size chart of each product. We do not process any refund and/or exchange if the size is not selected correctly.

This term expires after seven calendar days from the final delivery.

Please, acknowledge the following:

– Do not request return/refund or exchange if the product is customized and/or personalized unless it is defective.

– Do not request returns and refunds after expiry of the given term.

– All return requests are handled via email only. 

Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, washed, worn or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return, we’ll refund the payments in the same method that the original payment has been made.

How do I return something?

A: Please follow the steps below:

Provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.

  1. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed within 24-48 hours.
  2. We will provide you with the address where to return the product. Please clearly print your order number on your shipping label.
  3. Once your return is received, processed, and confirmed, please allow 3-10 business day to re-process the order or to refund the money.
