- United States: Orders are typically delivered within 8-12 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times to other countries, including Canada, typically range from 9 – 12 business days.

If your shipping address is not located in a main city, the courier will notify you of any potential delays and provide an updated delivery estimate.
Once your order has been shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL, Polos R Us is no longer responsible for the package. The courier assumes responsibility for its safe delivery.

Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping to all U.S. destinations, including U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
International Shipping
For Canadian orders, we offer free shipping. However, please note that your order may be subject to additional import duties and taxes (including VAT), which will be your responsibility upon delivery. Polos R Us is not responsible for these charges.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Orders exceeding $150 cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. If your order total exceeds this amount and you provide a P.O. box address, we will contact you to request an alternative shipping address.
How to Check Your Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If you have not received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
