Important Information
- Custom and Personalized Products:
Please note that customized and personalized products are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacture defect or the product received is incorrect based on the order specifications. This includes any items that have been custom-made or personalized with logos, names, numbers, or other custom features. - Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we will no longer accept return requests for any reason. If you need to return an item, please ensure that you initiate the return process within this time frame. - Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, including any tags, bags, or boxes.
- Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
- Polos R Us is not responsible for any return fees or for returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
- Non-Eligible Return Cases:
- Size Selection: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the size you selected does not fit. Please refer to the size chart for each product before placing your order.
- Late Returns: Return requests made after the 7-day return window will not be accepted.
- Product Exchanges: We do not offer direct product exchanges due to limitations in our ordering platform. However, replacement of defective items may be processed.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a replacement request. The conditions for replacement are as follows:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Once we verify the defect, we will offer a replacement product, if available. - Incorrect Products:
If the product you received is different from what you ordered, please let us know. We will replace the item with the correct product, subject to availability. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. - Replacement Procedure:
Replacements will only be processed after a personal consultation with a Polos R Us representative, and the product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
How to Return a Product

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). If approved, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized or Personalized Products: All items that are custom-made or personalized (e.g., shirts with logos, names, or specific design requests) are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defects or incorrect items.
- Items Not in Original Condition: Products that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or refund.
Shipping Information
- You will receive your order within 8-12 business days for U.S. deliveries. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
- Once we ship your order via FedEx, USPS & DHL, Polos R Us is not responsible for delays or issues that arise during transit. The courier is responsible for the delivery once the package has been shipped.
